For the various small electrical jobs we will work on our hourly rate + any material. The rate is a minimum of one hour then charged in half an hour increments there after. Sometimes we may have to leave the property to obtain non-stock items from a local wholesalers, this time is chargeable up to 30mins. The quantity below is an estimate which can be either less or more and will be adjusted accordingly on the final invoice. If the time is due to go over by a significant amount we will seek approval from the client before proceeding.
